Shipping & Delivery
Shaji Fitness provides reliable and secure delivery across India through our preferred courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.).
- Order Processing: Orders are processed on the same or next business day (Monday to Saturday).
- Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight, which will be visible during the checkout process. Some promotional orders may qualify for free delivery.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment's journey.
Strict No-Return Policy
To ensure 100% authenticity and the highest hygiene standards for our fitness community, **Shaji Fitness follows a STRICT NO-RETURN and NO-EXCHANGE policy** for all products sold through our website.
Health supplements, fitness gear, and accessories are sensitive items where safety and quality are our top priorities. Once a product leaves our warehouse, we do not accept returns to prevent any risk of tampering or contamination, guaranteeing that every customer receives only brand-new, untouched products.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take extreme care in packaging your orders. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement under the following mandatory conditions:
- Unboxing Video (Mandatory): You MUST record a single, continuous, and unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the courier label, the sealed status of the package, and the discovery of the damage/wrong item. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
- Reporting Window: Issues must be reported to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of the delivery time provided by the courier company.
- Product Condition: The item must remain in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and seals intact.
